Job Description

Limbach Company LLC, a large national specialty mechanical construction and service company, is seeking a HVAC Controls Sales Rep at our Eastern PA location. 

The primary function of an HVAC Controls Sales Rep is to grow assigned controls accounts through the sale of control projects and services as well as being responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects.  

Additional responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

• Use company provided tools to perform control design & estimates
• Act as Project Manager for control installations
• Supervise field control technicians
• Dispatch field control technicians
• Purchase and expedite project materials
• Assure all work is billed promptly per the terms of the project contract
• Provide technical support to the field organization
• Train and develop subordinates through coaching and mentoring
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow employees
• Actively participate in the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) program

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the HVAC/controls industry
• 7+ years of HVAC Controls experience
• Strong computer background
• Ability to multi-task, work in high-pressure situations
• Must be a “Team Player"
• College degree preferred
