Implement the Company’s EEO Policy and Policy Statements, Affirmative Action Plan, and internal and external communication techniques

Monitor and apply all affirmative action and employment policies, practices, and procedures for minorities, women, covered veterans, and individuals with disabilities

Respond to information requests from federal or state Equal Employment Opportunity Offices, in conjunction with corporate HR and legal teams
-
Assist in the identification of Affirmative Action problem areas

Serve as liaison between the Company and governmental agencies
-
Train managers, supervisors, and foremen in the establishment of appropriate goals and timetables
-
Inform management of the latest developments in equal opportunity and affirmative action
-
Implement audit and reporting systems in accordance with government regulations.

Audit training programs and hiring and promotion patterns to remove impediments to the attainment of goals and timetables

Serve as liaison between Limbach and minority, women, veteran, and people with disabilities organizations and community groups concerned with employment opportunities for minorities, women, veterans and individuals with disabilities

Participate in local organizations, community action groups, and community service programs that serve and support minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities

Assist in recruitment efforts: prospecting, screening, interviewing, references

New hire paperwork, orientation

Assists in organizational training and development efforts

Work in liason with Corporate HR group

Additional duties as assigned
