Job Description

Limbach Company LLC, a large national specialty mechanical construction and service company, is seeking a Water Treatment Manager at our Eastern PA location. 

The primary function of a Water Treatment Manager is to manage the sales and operations of our water treatment business. This position will help expand our water treatment accounts through the sale of water treatment products and services as well as being responsible for the successful execution of projects. Developing new business accounts to help grow the water treatment business will be a major responsibility as well.  

Additional responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

·         Manage existing sales team

·         Use company provided tools to perform water treatment equipment installation, product

          and service estimates

·         Act as Project Manager for installations

·         Supervise field water treatment technicians

·         Purchase and expedite project materials

·         Manage equipment and product inventories

·         Assure all work is billed promptly per the terms of the project contract

·         Provide technical support to the field organization

·         Train and develop subordinates through coaching and mentoring

·         Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and

          fellow employees

·         Actively participate in the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) program

 

Requirements:

·         Knowledge of the water treatment industry

·         7+ years of water treatment experience

·         Strong computer background

·         Ability to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment

·         Must be a “Team Player"

·         College degree preferred
